One to One Hypnotherapy 1hour Session
This is a one hour hypnotherapy session focused on what you feel is pertinent. Examples being: fear, anxiety, depression, smoking cessation and many more things. The session will entail an intake process of understanding what is currently going on and what outcome you desire. Through hypnosis and other tools you will be guided through a healing process to your own inner resources, inner authority, empowerment and natural state of joy.
